This is a magnificent early 20th century Chinese blanc de chine reticulated vase with prunus design on a turned wooden stand standing an impressive 40cm hight and weighing 2.2kg.

The quality of the carved body to create the pierced pattern is of the highest standard making this a particularly fine example of Chinese blanc de chine ware. Additional close-up photographs are available - please contact David to see them.

Dimensions: Height including stand 40 cm Diameter 17 cm
The last photograph shows it alongside a 750ml bottle (equivalent to a standard sized wine bottle)
Weight 2.2 kg

Condition: Very good antique condition without chips or cracks. It was fired with a hole in the base with the view to being turned into a lamp base, but it appears to have only ever been used as a display vase as the stand lacks a hole to accommodate a wire.
