A beautiful classic Art Noveau Silver Bonbon Dish from Asprey & Co., Royal Jewellers of New Bond Street London.
Asprey have been Silversmiths & Jewellers to British royalty dating back to the 1800s when Queen Victoria awarded their first Royal Warrant. Since then, they have held a Royal Warrant for every British monarch and many other foreign heads of state.
Hallmarked at Birmingham Assay Office in 1906, this gorgeous bonbon dish has clearly been loved, and is in close to mint condition.
Weight ~ 111gm (~ 3.2 oz). Height handle ~ 74mm, bowl ~ 56mm. Width handle ~ 139mm, bowl ~ 74mm
