Art Deco Bronze Amazon by Bourquet Ca 1930
An impressive and extremely rare Art Deco sculpture depicting Diana the Huntress in a motion with a her Greyhound.
A superior quality cast in gilt bronze, mounted on geometrically shaped, two stepped Belgian marble base.
Signed A Bourquet, apparently a pseudonum used by Famous Artist of Art Deco period Marcel Andre Bouraine.
A real insight into the athletic and graceful movement of the Art Deco period Diana the Huntress.
In good antique condition- some wear to patina, few minor nibbles to the marble base.
