For your consideration this mid 19th century French Bronze figure of a goat by the decorated sculpture Jules Moigniez. The mountain goat is cast standing on a rocky, naturalistic slope with stick in it's mouth. Signed to the base J Moigniez. Raised on a carved marble base.

Dimensions: Length - 20 cm/Height - 27 cm/Depth - 11 cm

Weight: 2.805 KG

Condition: Very good antique condition with a beautiful brown patina. Sadly it is missing part of the stick in the goat's mouth. Please see the attached photographs which form part of the condition report.

The photos can probably provide the clearest representation of condition so please examine these carefully.
