The Buxton Antiques Fair features fifty leading specialists from across the UK
Widely recognised as one of the most important antiques fairs in the calendar
of the UK art market, the fair is a major event for collectors in the Midlands and
North of England.
This is one of those very few annual events that bring together dealers and
collectors for an occasion that has a totally unique style all of its own. ‘It’s the flair
and imagination of our exhibitors who create such an inspiring show,’ explains
organiser Sue Ede, for whom this will be her sixth event at the helm. With
traditional 18th and 19th century furniture being joined by 20th century and
decorative pieces, Art Deco and 20th Century Industrial Chic alongside early folk
art, paintings, jewellery, silver, pottery, porcelain and so much more, it’s a fair that offers so much to collectors and interior decorators.
