Unusually small example of the classic Edwardian walnut roll top desk c.1905. Just 42″ wide with a tamboured roll opening to reveal a fitted interior of pigeon holes and stationery drawers. On graduated drawer pedestals with writing slides to the top of each and a double height drawer to the base of the right hand pedestal. Additional drawer above the knee-hole. The pedestal drawers are automatically locked when the roll is closed. A good quality desk, panelled all polished to the sides and rear. Excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Key supplied.
