Good decorative pair of painted and gilded spelter lamps by L&F Moreau of the USA for the "collection Francais" around the 1950's.
A boy and girl both holding reading books, standing on a raised plinth base of foliage and trees.
The condition to both lamps is good and they have both been fully re wired using gold braided flex.
The shades are shown as examples only and not included in the price shown, only to give you a sense of proportions.
Measuring:
21'' or 53cm high to the bulb cradle
6 1/2'' or 16.5cm diameter bases Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
