An Early Victorian figured walnut drop dial wallclock.8 Day double fusee movement striking on a bell to the hour.Original painted dial with the makers name Thomas Yates of Preston.c.1845.Brass bezel surround and moulded edge case.Shaped 'ears to the sides and beaded 'window' to the front.Side opening doors.Full working order.Measures 15"wide x 28"long x 6"deep.Dial 12"diameter.
