Regency convex drop box dial clock, English fusee
fine quality English 8-day fusee movement with stepped pillars and shouldered plates, has been serviced by us and keeps excellent time.
The cream colored 12-inch convex dial has been restored at some point to a very high standard, with outer minute track and Roman Numerals marking the hours, complemented by fancy very high-quality hands, the cast brass bezel has a lovely patina with flawless convex glass.
The fine mahogany case has a narrow bezel surround, the drop box is strung with brass surround with star flanked by a fork leaf design, with bottom opening door and an access door to the side.
