Antique Victorian carved rosewood double duet piano stool or window seat.

Quality, decorative and attractive, with no loose joints or wobbles....so rare in rosewood.

Great proportions and styling, which would look amazing in the right location.

Elegant carved cabriole legs, terminating in paw feet.

The seat has recently been reupholstered in a very heavy weight upholstery fabric, with a natural, light cream/oatmeal colour.

No significant woodworm.

Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, repairs and alterations, as is always the way with antique furniture of this age. We have not inspected components concealed beneath the upholstery. There is a tiny piece of one foot missing, but it is not very noticeable.
