Circa 1850, Victorian Gothic influence 3-door hardwood glazed cabinet bookcase of desirable proportions in a Swedish grey hand-painted finish. The moulded cornice over a plain frieze and 3 gothic-arched glazed doors with original glazing opening to 3 sections each with 3 adjustable shelves. The low-waisted base with 3 fielded panel doors open to deeper bookshelves. All standing on an enclosed plinth base. Excellent craftsmanship including a fielded panel back.
