A nice Victorian Hall Stand with ornate ironwork and with 8 hooks or pegs (one is missing - there should be 9). It dates from circa 1870 and, like a lot of Victoriana, was made to last for generations.

The stand has a removeable drip pan or tray and is a sturdy, useful and good looking piece of everlasting antique furniture.
