Victorian Cast Iron Boot Scraper

This is an old piece, it is heavy, the scraper is set on an oval tray which has a decorative edge, it has been painted a long time ago and it looks fine, it is in good used condition and still has very many years life left in it
The Boot Scraper is 10” x 14” and it is 8” high
