A beautiful Stratton compact and lipstick tube set that has not been used. This 1950s vanity set comes with the original presentation box, puff, sifter, pouch, instruction leaflets and padded paper insert. The cobalt blue enamel is decorated with ducks flying over a reed bed. There isn't any enamel loss or loss of design. Both items are in very good order. The mirror gives a clear and accurate reflection reflection. The mirror bezel is signed " STRATTON MADE IN ENGLAND". The base of the compact has the all over star design. The compact measures 3" and weighs 94.4 grams.

The lipstick holder is just as delightful as the compact. The original lipstick shaded leaflet is present. The end of the lipstick holder is signed 'Stratton No.2'. It measures almost 2 1/4" and weighs 10.3 grams. Free lavishly illustrated history of this piece included.
