A splendid flame mahogany serpentine fronted chest on chest, or tallboy, in the manner of Thomas Chippendale. Well constructed in solid mahogany with attractive flame mahogany veneers. The cornice with Greek key moldings and drop pendants. With canted corners, which are decorated with blind fretwork. All standing on strong ogee bracket feet. The top section with a series of 4 long graduated drawers. The base section with a brushing slide sitting over 3 long graduated drawers. The drawers are all fitted with their original crisply cast solid brass handles and they are lockable (key supplied). Cleaned and waxed in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent overall condition. It has a good colour and patina, and is ready to go straight into the home.
