Regency Mahogany Scroll Arm Sofa Chaise Longue
Antique quality Regency C1825 mahogany scroll arm sofa chaise longue. A wonderful rare quality period piece.
Solid and strong, with no loose joints. Full of age, character and charm. The sofa has recently been reupholstered in a heavyweight cotton fabric, with a natural, light cream/oatmeal colour. Fantastic fluted legs and period brass castors (some wear as one would expect)
Would look great in the right location!
Overall maximum dimensions: 200cmL x 68cmD x 90cmH (45cmH seat when sat on).
Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture.
Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide 1 strong able-bodied person(s) for our driver to assist with carrying. Just a few extinct woodworm holes that have been treated for good measure.
