An excellent quality and charming table (or desk) in the Queen Anne style. Made from solid walnut with attractive burr walnut veneers. It has a lovely mellow colour and patina. The shaped top is cross-banded and is surrounded by nice deep thumb nail moulding. There is an arrangement of 5 drawers , giving good storage capacity. All drawers are oak lined (a sign of quality) and are fitted with their original brass handles. The table is finished to the rear so it could be free standing within a room if desired. It stands on elegant cabriole legs which terminate in slipper feet. This lovely piece of antique furniture could fulfill a number of roles , ie writing table, desk, side table, lamp table etc. it is offered for sale in excellent condition, ready to go straight into the home.
