We are offering for sale this very well made Hall or Porch Hanging Lantern in Brass with a milk Glass Shade. The conical top is decorated with two circles of brass leaves, one swept up, the other swept down. Beneath the top is a patterned circlet of brass, with a pattern of leaves and flowers, from which sweep beaded swags and four beaded rods which join the top to the ornate base and finial. Where the swags join, they enamate from brass cherubs with wings, as shown in the photos.

The lantern has its original ceiling rose and chain. It has been rewired with pale gold antique fabric covered flex and has a bulb in situ. It is ready to be installed by your electrician. To change the bulb, you simple unscrew the four balls on the conical top and remove the lower section, including the shade.

Total length to ceiling rose: 31 inches:
(Can be shortened by up to 15 inches by removing some of the chain)
