Patchwork Tapestry Ottoman Centre Footstool

Very decorative Indian patchwork tapestry ottoman centre footstool with original mahogany William IV legs, circa 1840 and in good solid condition.
Great size centre ottoman to use as an alternative to a coffee table if you use a butlers tray for your drinks etc, leaving you plenty of room to put your feet up!
The stool is very secure and will be happy to being used as additional seating for two adults if / when required.
Newly upholstered in this wonderful patchwork which is fascinating and gives a real statement piece.
Measuring:
19 1/2 inches or 49.5 cm high
24 inches or 61 cm wide
46 1/2 inches or 118 cm long Based in Uppingham, Rutland…having been in the business for 25 years focusing on mostly French and English decorative antiques and interiors from the 18th to the early 20th century, hopefully a collection you will enjoy browsing and hopefully re home some of my finds!
Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
