Description:
Here is a good quality pair of antique English Queen Anne style flame mahogany bedside cupboards, constructed during the George V period, circa 1930, in good original condition. The bedsides are constructed with lovely mirror matched flame mahogany veneers on a solid frame. The bedsides boast a foliate carved moulded top, above a single drawer, which is mahogany lined and features dovetail construction. Below, is a single cupboard, with a door which closes on a sprung latch. Both drawer and cupboard door retain the original brass foliate drop handles. The bedsides boast a lovely straight edge design and stand on the original foliate knee carved cabriole legs. They are solid in joint and ready to use.
These bedsides boast a mellow mahogany colour. They have a lovely colour and patination this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning they have received.
These bedsides would look superb in a variety of rooms from the living room to the bedroom. They would certainly grace any home, in either a traditional or contemporary setting they are a great investment as they are extremely functional. Here is a good quality pair of antique English Queen Anne style flame mahogany bedside cupboards, constructed during the George V period, circa 1930, in good original condition, which is commensurate with their age. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges, but nothing significant considering the age of them. The bedsides feature lovely mirror matched flame mahogany veneers, boasting a mellow colour. The bedsides have been professionally wax-polished in our workshop. There is no damage or missing veneers. The drawers and doors close flush to the frame and retain the original handles. These items are well constructed, solid in joint and ready to use.

We offer free delivery to mainland England, Wales, and Southern Scotland (anywhere south of Stirling). We do not offer free delivery to locations north of Stirling in Scotland, Northern Ireland, or any British Islands off the mainland for example, the Isle of Man, Isle of White and Channel Islands. Delivery times are usually 1-4 weeks depending on location we aim to deliver the majority of items within 2 weeks. All items are professionally packaged and fully insured in transit, therefore, we can assure you, your items will be securely protected in transit and arrive safely with you.
Once you have purchased an item, we will contact you be email and/or telephone and provide you with a provisional delivery date, in order for you to confirm if it is suitable for you. Once you have confirmed you can accept delivery on the provisional delivery date, we will book the delivery in with our shippers and it then becomes a confirmed delivery date.

For any large items that require 2 people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item. A free 14-day “no quibble” returns policy (from the date you receive the item) is available if you are not happy with this item.
