Antique pair of ormolu hanging lanterns hall chandeliers light fittings.

These lanterns probably date from the early to mid 20C. They work and have current specification wiring (including earth). We would happily touch up the blue earth terminal with some gilt cream before dispatch FOC to make it less noticable...just ask when ordering. The lanterns take the large bayonet bulb fitting (B22).

Fantastically old looking, with lovely patinated (and a little flakey) ormolu (gold on brass/bronze).

5 sided with later clear glass.

These lanterns would look great in the right location.

Overall dimensions 240mm diameter x 450mmH (including chain).

Hitstoric knocks, marks, repairs and alterations. The ceiling roses may be later, but they look the part and just screw to the ceiling, using suitable brass screws and fixings (not supplied).
