£1595. Small late 19th.c 'Davenport' writing desk c.1870 veneered in a beautiful coloured burr Walnut. The slope lifts to reveal a satinwood lined compartment whilst the brass galleried top section hides a letter rack and ink stand. The bank of four drawers on the right hand side is echoed with dummy drawer fronts on the left. In excellent condition having been restored and repolished in our workshop.
