A large 19thc / 20thc cast iron planter or trough, embossed with Alldays & Onions. Probably originally a blacksmiths plunge tank.

Alldays & Onions were an English manufacturer of cars from 1898 to 1918. They also made motorcycles and bicycles and were responsible for building one of the earliest English built tractors.
