A very impressive pair of Rococo style table lamps by the well known and quality maker, "Stiffel."
Great detail throughout the lamps, flaming torches, the cut glass "faux" reservoir supported by the Carrara marble disc, scrolled base and brass plated formal square base...very decorative.
Originally, there would have been chandelier style crystal drops from the top, but these are no longer, although I don't think they are missed. There are also some very minor breaks to the top leaf decor where the crystal would have been...not noticeable when the lamps are fitted with their shades like this though.
They measure 32'' high to the top of the example shades, 22'' to the bulb holder and 8'' across the bases.
