This is a most imposing pair of walnut and marble top cabinets with a real country house appeal which date from the 19th century, circa 1840. The cabinets by the renowned cabinet makers Gillows of Lancaster are of exceptional quality, in solid mahogany and burr walnut veneer with later white marble tops. They would be a fine pair for alcoves or make a superb pair of substantial bedside cabinets to suit a larger bedroom. These are in excellent serviceable order and are of a grand scale measuring 77 cms wide 65 cms deep and 92 cms high.
