A gorgeous blue enamel and gilded brass Stratton powder compact is presented in the original box with the original pouch, puff, sifter, inspection docket and instruction leaflet.

The high quality enamel lid is embellished with diamond cut gilt accents which gleam in the light.

All clasps & hinges work perfectly.

The mirror gives a good accurate reflection.

Superb condition!

No loss of enamel or fading.

The gilded brass is lacquered and so it will not tarnish or require cleaning.

The base is signed STRATTON MADE IN ENGLAND.

Measures 8.3 cm diameter. Weighs 99.1 grams.

This compact is suitable for use as a handbag mirror, for use with all loose foundation and also with pressed foundation pans measuring 59-67 mm diameter.
