Georgian Fruitwood Tripod Table With Castors tripod table wine table pedestal table %%alt5%% %%alt6%%
Very decorative and super quality solid fruitwood tripod table or wine table with a tilt top.
Unusual to find this in fruitwood and has a fabulous warm colour, well cleaned and has polished up beautifully.
Great size for a wine table and is very sturdy with no wobble to the tilt top. Also nice that the table retains its original brass castors.
The table has aged gracefully and shows only very minor signs of age to the top. I personally prefer to leave the tops of such antique tables so as they are as original as possible, rather than stripped and re polished.
The turned column also in solid fruitwood and the three splayed legs to support.
This is a really super table and in good original condition, deserves a good spot in the house so it can be admired!
Measuring:
28 1/2’’ or 72.5cm high
22 1/2’’ or 57cm diameter
40 1/2’’ or 103cm high when tilted up
