Antique Georgian bow front flame mahogany chest of drawers C1800.
This is a lovely chest, that is full of age, charm and character.

Large, solid, strong and heavy.

No loose joints and the drawers slide freely.

Full of age charm and character, with period handles (one dissimilar, later nuts).

Overall maximum dimensions 110cmW x 47cmD x 101cmH.

Historic knocks, marks, cracks, scratches, wear, imperfections, repairs and alterations, as is always the way and to be expected with genuine antique furniture. Old blue lining paper with marks and stains to the insides of the drawers as usual. There are a few woodworm holes, believed extinct, that we have treated for good measure. There are no keys and the locks are consequently untested. There are historic repairs to the splayed bracket feet (as is the norm).

Please note that this item is large and heavy. Please make sure before buying that it will fit in and can be maneuvered into the room that it is intended for. The customer will need to provide 1 strong able bodied person(s) for our driver to assist with carrying.
