Iconic G Plan Oval Astro Coffee Table by Victor Wilkins
Beautiful solid teak coffee table with stylish curved legs supporting an oval top with inset glass. This table is extremely well made, in a lovely warm teak colour with beautiful grain. It's a great shape to fit in front of a sofa and would look fantastic in a vintage-style or modern interior.
The Astro range was designed by Victor Wilkins for UK furniture manufacturer G Plan in the 1960s and has become iconic. The oval is a more rare table than the round Astro.
This table is in excellent condition with very minor marks having been stripped back to bare wood and refinished with oil and protective wax. The glass is original and there are some very light scratches. New, toughened safety glass can be provided at cost (around £130). Please examine the photographs and ask us any questions.
