A French cherrywood hall stand with a lift-up seat made by cabinetmakers FELIX MONGE PARIS,
Very ornate brass hangers for coats and hats, and the seat has 2 lift-up seats for storage.
The height is 7 feet 6 inches and is 4 feet 8 inches wide,
the seat is 17 inches high and 14 deep.
This is a very impressive good quality piece of French antique furniture.
They still make these today at a cost of approximately £2500
20th century 1970/90.
