A very stylish and heavy cast brass chromium plated table lamp in a spiral form having hobnail and plain turned cut glass creating brilliant light refractive effects, column topped with a corinthian capital. The base is ornate having acanthus leaves to each corner and stands on claw feet. The lamp is heavy and of very good quality. There are no chips or cracks to the glass. The chrome plating has worn slightly on the base. Rewired, PAT tested and complete with a new shade.

Lamp base height without shade is 60cm. Our stock items are carefully selected by myself and I only buy good quality items which may need small repairs, a clean and a polish. I don't buy any items that need major restoration, but any loose joints are re-glued. Occasionally, some items may have small amounts of historic extinct woodworm, never enough to affect the integrity of the item, and is always treated as a matter of course. We try to describe and show our items the best we can, and we use studio lighting which sometimes lightens the colour slightly on some of the furniture. All lamps are rewired and PAT tested. Every item we sell we would have in our home (some of them have been!!) It is impossible to describe every item fully, so please feel free to email or call for more information or any queries you may have. The items will have no major defects but will show signs of normal age related wear and use. I would prefer the items to show its life rather than strip it and re-polish it, as it's only original once!
