Here we have a wonderful Victorian Oak twin pedestal desk c1880. As you can see the desk has great colour and patina. There is a tooled and gilded leather skiver to the top. There is a border with beautiful grain and colour, a moulded edge and rounded corners. The top section has three drawers and the pedestals a further six. The drawers have solid Mahogany linings, hand cut dovetail joints, orginal turned wooden handles and ogee mouldings to the front. The pedestals sit on plinth bases and have original wooden casters beneath. A super period desk in great retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 48 inches wide 30 high and 30 deep.
