Here we have a fine quality Victorian Mahogany Military campaign chest of drawers c1850. As you can see the chest has great mellow colour and patina. There are varying degrees of qualities with these type of chests and this is at the top end. The brass mounts are perfectly rebated as are the high quality brass handles. The drawers have solid Ash linings including internal dust beads. There are quality Hobbs and Co locks throughout. The top has three short over one long drawer with two graduated drawers at the base section. The chest sits on the original turned screw in feet. A wonderful example having a single piece top in great retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 39 inches wide 18.5 deep and 42 high.
