We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely, tall, Art Deco Bristol Blue Glass Table Lamp, with brass base and mounts. The lamp has a facetted column with a facetted, stepped base section and is presented with brass mounts and a brass base. The glass is in perfect condition. Bristol Blue glass has been made in Bristol since the 18th Century. The last glass house producing this glass closed in 1923, but it was revived in the 1980s. The colour of the glass is produced using cobalt oxide.

The wiring and lampholder, plug and cable are modern, but to comply with British Standards, it is recommended that all wiring be checked by a certified electrician.
