We are offering this interesting Brass Door Stop/Door Porter, which is cast with a Lion and a Serpent in the foliage above. The original idea for this may have come from the Fable by Aesop, which tell the tale of a lion bittern by a serpent which proves that even small enemies can hurt.

Width: 7 1/4" - 18.4cm

Height: 11 3/8" - 28.9cm

Depth: 2 1/4" - 5.7cm

Weight: 3.8 kg.

Condition: Very good, with the usual small dent/scratch consistent with age and use.
