AN OUTSTANDING ANTIQUE FRENCH CHANDELIER

This is a truly beautiful and original French chandelier dating circa 1920

The chandelier has a gilded brass frame with ribbon swags

Around this dangles a multitude of purple and opaque teardrop crystals

A second lower rim supports a a flash cut opaque bucket shade

The frame has a stamp inside reads 675

A single light pendant goes inside the bucket shade

There is a long chain and a wonderful decoratively cast ceiling rose

As with all electrical items we reccomend this ceiling light be checked or rewired by a qualified electrician before use

This is a quality genuine antique piece of lighting NOT a cheap reproduction

It is in lovely order throughout with minimal damage.

There is a few nibbles and a small chip on the very rim of the bowl.

This however is only at the very top of the glass where it insets in the shade.

Its also possible that there was once more droplets as the droplets are set with a spare little hole between each.

however frames were often made to a standard then different droplets hung of them so this could explain why there are spare holes.

more importantly the droplets are quite chunky and look like there are as many on the rim as there should be

This beautiful chandelier was sourced from a private home in France and is a wonderful find
