This is an antique octagonal coffee table. An English, mahogany and marble decorative display table, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1900.
Distinctive octagonal form with excellent faceted marble top
Displays a desirable aged patina and in very good order
Cool, tactile Carrara marble top hosts the characteristic grey vein interest
Select stocks present fine grain interest and deep caramel hues
Of generous proportion, the octagonal top is finished with a tapered edge
Beaded table apron inset from the leading edge of the marble top
Atrium effect to base by way of turned cylindrical supports with collar detail
