French Coffee Table / Desk. 19th century.
Description: Napoleon III French coffee table/desk in precious exotic woods with grafts of gilded bronze elements.
The rectangular top has a beautiful gilded bronze trim with a dense floral motif inlay in the center.
The same top can be extended with the help of the two lateral flaps with the same inlay.
The under-top band includes a drawer highlighted by a gilded bronze nozzle with a rocailles motif.
The four cabriolet-shaped feet end with socks also in bronze.
General Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen with the traditional shellac and hand-made alcohol method.
Origin: France 19th century.
Closed measurements: 80x58 H76cm.
Open measurements: 130x58 H76cm.
Document: Certificate of Authenticity.
