Antique Double Barrelled Flintlock Pistol c.1800
A fine quality antique rare double barrelled flintlock box lock travelling pistol by Ketland & Co London, circa 1800.
The 8.5cm long serialised cast steel 50 bore turn off barrells removing easily.
Both flintlock actions working perfectly. The brass boxlock action border engraved with Ketland & Co on one side and London on the other.
Thumb push steel safety the slab sided Cuban mahogany butt inlaid with silver wire. Early 19th century London proof house marks to action.
No license required, antique sold as curiosity or ornament.
