Superb quality early 20th.c. satinwood triple wardrobe by Hille, one of the most celebrated names in 20th.c. British antique furniture design c.1930. Full length hanging behind the left and centre doors whilst the right hand side is fitted with three sliding shelves and two drawers. With full length dressing mirrors fitted to the inside of the left and centre doors. Sparkling satinwood veneers across the front and sides with decorative Adams style carved and gilded detail to the cornice and doors. Shaped door panels within a crossbanded surround. Raised on short turned legs also carved and gilded to match. Original handles, lock and latches etc. Solid mahogany drawer linings. Original makers label for Hille featuring their pre-war Old Street London address. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops. Splits into two sections plus cornice and plinth for ease of delivery.
