A Rare C.18th Antique Carved Oak Coffer Chest

Measuring approximately 52" x 25 1/2" x 20 1/2" (width, height, depth)
A most interesting coffer raised on decent length of style with 3 arcaded panels to front with applied carvings depicting the expulsion of Adam & Eve from the garden of Eden.
Further carvings to the, frieze, muntins, top and sides.

The top retains 3 original hinges although one is now worse for wear.....
Original panels to back and base.
