An absolutely stunning antique Welsh blanket chest of highly sought after small/medium size, perfect for use as a coffee table or window seat. A superb chest of impressive and beautiful wide plank construction and a very rare example being made entirely from sycamore including the traditional west wales timber hinges. Purchased from. In outstanding condition with a beautifully simple look and country cottage feel, with stunning grain and character and the most gorgeous pale colour. A wonderful piece in every aspect, nice and clean inside and out and very pretty indeed.
Fabulous storage, lovely and strong and would make an ideal storage solution, toy chest, or tv unit.
