A Large 17th Century Inlaid and Carved Oak Coffer

This is a lovely old piece, with a superb patina, the chest has three decorative panels carved and inlaid with Walnut Diamond Shapes these are bordered with fruitwood inlay and are surrounded with more superb carving

The Coffer has blacksmith made iron work, strap hinges, lock sadly no key, this is a good sturdy piece with a fantastic patina and a look all of its own
The coffer is 61” long, 21” deep and 29” high
