An Exquisitely Carved Gothic Hall Table or Writing Table
The table is a 19th Century piece and I would think that its origins are Continental
It has X framed legs which are highly carved with Sea Serpents Masks and leaves, the top has a carved edge and there are three concealed drawers on one side these too are heavily carved
The Table has a good patina, a little marking on the top but nothing very noticeable
The table is 50” long, 26” deep and 29” high, it is 23” under knee height
