1896 pattern Indian issue Mountain Artillery sword
1896 pattern Indian issue Mountain Artillery sword by Mole in it's original brown leather brass mounted scabbard. Has a brass stirrup hilt with cast iron ribbed grip. Has a broad, single edged blade with issue marks including ISD (India Service Department). Also marked on spine with Mole and a broad arrow. In generally sound condition overall with a few dents to scabbard. Blade has some rust staining and has been field sharpened.
Approximately 76cm and blade 59cm.
