1796 pattern Infantry Officer's sword. With a solid cast bronze hilt and a turned hardwood grip. Has a plain, single edged blade with no visible markings. In good, solid condition but wear overall. Note that there is no scabbard with this item.

Approximately 97cm overall and blade 81.5cm.
