Minton Majolica Strawberry Server Dish

A very pretty bright majolica strawberry dish by Minton. The white ground version with ochre rims and relief moulded strawberries, blossom and leaves.
Full set of impressed marks to the back, factory name, shape number 1330, date cypher for 1872 and the Victorian registration lozenge.
It measures 20.3cm (8") by 21.6cm (8 1/2") wide and 2.5cm (1") high.
Condition is very good There is a small amount of professional restoration to a tip of a leaf on upper surface only (close up photo shows the detail). No other issues and minor handling wear. There is a bit of crazing to the white in a small area in the centre of the dish. We are now taking a few days off for Christmas, back on the 5th of January. Wishing all our customers a very Happy Christmas!!
Orders can still be placed and queries will be answered as time allows.
