This sextant has serial number 33961 and a matching calibration certificate dated 10th April 1943

The instrument could have been used by a deck officer in either the Merchant Navy or Royal Navy

All the filters are in very good condition. The lenses give a good image but do have some marks, particularly at the edges.

Complete with box, key, adjustment tool and accessories as depicted in photographs

A great sextant for its age
