Circa 1911 GE 12" "Big Motor Yoke" Stationary 6 Blade Desk Fan. Very Rare 6 Blade Model Of A GE Classic. Wonderful All Original Finish 12" BMY (Big Motor Yoke) GE Desk Fan. How Often Do You Find An Almost 110 Year Old Object That Still Retains Such An Amazing Finish. This Fan Was Produced During A Time Period When Quality Was A Standard Practice Of Manufacturing. Think Of The Generations This Fan Has Provided Service For Till This Point And The Many It Will Continue To Provide For Over The Next 100 Years. There Is No Fan Currently Produced That Will Come Anywhere Close To Lasting The Lifetimes This Fan Will Still Be In Operation. Minimal Care Is Needed To Keep This Example Running As New. For Safe Operation We Updated The Head Wire And Power Cord With Our Period Correct OTR-W Wire. All Brass Components Have A Wonderful Undisturbed 100 Plus Year Character. There Are No Breaks Or Repairs To Any Part Of The Fan. Fan Runs Excellent On 3 Speeds. A Very Iconic Fixture Of The Early 1900's Still Providing The Same Service.
