1863 star revolver “us civil war production “. A very large 44 cal single action percussion revolver. production started in 1863 and only 23000 were produced . The barrel is marked with the numbers 43123 and the frame 45465 . It cocks and holds on first and second lock but the cylinder does not line up with the hammer . Cap and ball therefore does not require a fac and does not need to be deactivated as it is an obsolete calibre .
